FRIEND OR FOE

'Although strongly independent cats are also very scialable creatures and need company and stimulation. Just as we need cats for companionship, they need our company too. We don't realise what an enormous shock it is for a tiny kitten to be taken from its mother and put into a strange environment on its own, where it no longer has the company of its littermates, no one to play with and no mother to cuddle up to. The kitten relies on us to provide it with love, companionship and stimulation. Another kitten is ideal company and cats introduced to each other when they are kittens are usually friends for life. if a cat is left alone all day it will become bored and unhappy and will play with anything it can find - usually furniture, carpets or wallpaper! If you want your kitten to grow into a happy and contented cat, provide it with lots of love and stimulation.,
